The Maximus Promise

Your voice stays yours. Your data stays yours.

We will never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Maximus has no advertising business. We do not run ads. We never will.

We will never share your conversations with your employer. Maximus offers an employer-sponsored tier so companies can pay for their workers' use. Employers see aggregate, anonymized data on usage and outcomes. They do not see your conversations, your messages, your notes, or anything you said.

We will never share your data with anyone. Operational service providers (the companies that host our servers and route our messages) are contractually bound to the same standards. The only exception would be a legal obligation we have no choice in.

You can delete your data at any time. Ask us to delete your account, and we do. Within 30 days, your data is gone from our active systems and from our backups.

If we ever change this Promise, we will tell you, and we will give you the chance to leave with your data.
